Your role will involve: - Defining and implementing platform and partner fundraising strategies, emphasizing seamless integrations, value-added features, scalability, and user experience enhancements. - Engaging in detailed technical discussions with engineering teams to create frameworks, integration tools, and documentation for successful deployment and adoption. Furthermore, you will: - Foster cross-functional partnerships with operations, sales, and customer support to prioritize customer feedback and enhance product and user experiences. - Utilize analytics to gain insights into customer behavior, optimize performance, and identify key features that align with organizational objectives. - Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to various stakeholders, both technical and non-technical. - Act as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on product progress, challenges, and opportunities. Qualifications and skills required: - Proficiency in overseeing all aspects of the product development life cycle, including analyzing customer needs and designing end-to-end solutions. - Demonstrated experience in regulated environments, collaborating with risk, legal, privacy, and compliance teams to ensure seamless and compliant experiences. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively. - Previous experience or a strong interest in charitable giving or social impact initiatives. - A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, computer science, business administration). - Fluency in English and excellent communication skills are essential.
