Shape our product's vision by implementing user-centric designs and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. With your influential role, drive innovation and impact the product's direction. This position offers the opportunity to redefine industry standards, creating impactful, user-centered designs that fuel our company's growth.

What you will be working on

• Own end-to-end design: research ? flows ? pixel-perfect UI
• Collaborate with PMs & engineers to ship features users love
• Evolve and scale our design system (we're going big on consistency + accessibility)
• Mentor junior designers and raise the design bar
• Bring fresh thinking on AI-first design and workflow simplification
  

What are we looking for

• 68 years in product design (bonus if SaaS / B2B)
• A strong portfolio that shows you can simplify the complex
• Figma wizardry + love for design systems
• Great communicator and team player
• Curious, pragmatic, and opinionated (in the right way)
