Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining Highspot, a global leader in the sales enablement category, as a talented individual who is passionate about great design. Your role will involve collaborating with product design, product management, and engineering teams to design large system solutions that enhance customer experiences. As a key member of the team, you will champion the development of design systems and best practices to maintain consistency and drive product excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Design large system solutions that align with business, technology, and user goals - Envision a holistic customer experience by combining features effectively - Utilize customer data to inform product design decisions - Mentor other designers to enhance their work - Conceptualize and create innovative, user-centered design solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into exceptional user experiences - Develop and maintain design systems, patterns, and best practices for consistency and scalability Qualifications Required: - Degree in human-computer interaction, interaction design, visual design, or relevant work experience - Minimum of 5 years experience in designing world-class experiences - Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent design tools - Experience with UX for cloud or enterprise software products - Familiarity with agile development methodologies - Background in web-based or mobile application visual design - Portfolio showcasing work across multiple projects, including style guides and design solutions Note: The job description did not include additional details about the company.,
