Sr. Process Architect - WFO

As a Project Coordinator, your role involves coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure the flawless execution of projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. - Ensuring resource availability and allocation for the projects. - Developing a detailed project plan to track progress effectively. - Using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. - Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. - Reporting and escalating to management as needed. - Managing the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. - Performing risk management to minimize project risks. Your qualifications should include: - Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities. - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. - Specialized Knowledge in Project Management, Process Management, Project Plan, and Project risk.
