In this role, you will play a critical part in analyzing and optimizing our cloud products and services, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and translate them into actionable strategies that enhance product performance and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Develop and Maintain Azure/AWS /GCP Cloud Services in accordance with Security and Standards.
Understands and experienced Immutable Infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform and cloud native services
Understands and experience in Configuration Management tools like Ansible or Chef
Hands on experience with Windows and Linux and Administration Infrastructure provisioning, configuration and application deployment is completely automated.
IaC - Infrastructure as Code. Automation scripts are treated as code source controlled and versioned. (So being comfortable with GitHub, Linux, python scripting, PowerShell and etc)
Be able to troubleshoot issues on the VMs, Windows/Linux Server VMs.
Write operational procedures
Work closely with Application/Product owners
Remediate any availability, regulatory or performance-related operational deficiencies
Notify Client of changes to and adoptions of new cloud technology
Remain current in the knowledge and use of cloud technology, virtualization, compute, storage and management products.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as computer science, information technology, or business analytic
Hands on experience Managing solutions on MS Azure with good knowledge of AWS or GCP also
Exposure to container technologies (AKS, Docker) and DevOps tools.
Knowledge of security controls for the public cloud (encryption of data in motion/rest and key management)
Linux and Windows OS Administration
Experience with Open-Source Cloud and configuration management tools (Terraform Ansible, etc.)
Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Master's degree in a relevant field.
