Job Title: Sr Platinum Consultant - SAP Sales & Service Cloud (C4C, CPQ)

  • Serve as a strategic advisor and solution architect for SAP Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ implementations.
  • Lead business and IT stakeholder engagements, workshops, and blueprinting sessions.
  • Own the entire lifecycle: requirement gathering, architecture design, solution validation, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Provide expert-level knowledge of C4C configuration (screen personalization, business roles, key user tools, workflows, offline features, code list mappings, etc.).
  • Drive cloud integration strategies using SAP BTP, CPI, OData/APIs, integrating with ERP (S/4HANA, ECC), SAP CPQ, SAP Commerce, and third-party platforms.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and make the business case for SAPs CX solutions aligned to client needs.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams, ensuring delivery excellence and knowledge transfer.
  • Propose innovation and continuous improvement opportunities, aligned with SAPs roadmap and customer priorities.
  • Actively contribute to pre-sales activities such as solutioning, proposals, and demos.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customer executives, SAP account teams, and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 15 to 20 years of total SAP experience, with minimum 5 - 7 years of hands-on expertise in SAP Sales & Service Cloud (C4C) and SAP CPQ.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Lead-to-Cash, Case-to-Resolution, and Configure-to-Quote business processes.
  • Proven experience leading multiple full-cycle implementations for large enterprise clients across industries.
  • Deep expertise in cloud integrations, security models, user experience (Fiori/UI5), and SAP CX extensibility options.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large teams, multi-country rollouts, and agile/hybrid project delivery.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder presentations, solution documentation, and executive reporting.
  • Ability to operate both at a strategic and hands-on level, balancing business context with technical depth.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP Certifications in C4C, CPQ, or SAP Customer Experience Suite.
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Commerce Cloud, or Field Service Management (FSM) is a strong plus.
  • Exposure to industry-specific solutions such as manufacturing, utilities, high-tech, or automotive.
  • Knowledge of emerging SAP technologies (SAP BTP, AI/ML in CX, SAP Datasphere) is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel for client workshops, steering committee meetings, or global rollouts.
