Sr. PHP Developer

As an experienced PHP Developer with 56 years of proven expertise in backend and full-stack development, your role will involve developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications to ensure functionality, scalability, and security. You will collaborate with design, content, and digital marketing teams to implement new features and enhance existing platforms. Some key responsibilities include: - Develop, test, and maintain dynamic web applications and websites using PHP. - Collaborate with teams to implement new features and enhance existing platforms. - Optimize website performance, speed, and database queries for global traffic. - Ensure security best practices, including data protection, authentication, and secure coding. - Debug, troubleshoot, and upgrade existing systems as required. - Work closely with SEO and marketing teams to ensure websites are SEO-friendly and technically optimized. - Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 56 years of professional experience in PHP development. - Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Magento, or custom CMS. - Understanding of server management, hosting environments, and version control (Git). - Knowledge of website optimization techniques for speed and performance. - Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in international B2B websites or eCommerce platforms. - Knowledge of security best practices for global websites.
