Location:

Summary:

Senior Performance Tester

Your Future Employer:

leading multinational FinTech and technology organization

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute
performance test strategies and scripts
.
Conduct
load, stress, spike, endurance, and scalability testing
.
Analyse test results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend performance optimizations.
Collaborate closely with
development and QA teams
to enhance application performance.
Prepare detailed
performance reports and dashboards
for stakeholders.
Automate performance test scenarios where feasible and integrate into
CI/CD pipelines
.
Monitor and evaluate system metrics such as CPU, memory, and response times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience
in performance testing (
12+ years overall IT experience
).
Proficient in tools like
JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar
.
Understanding of
HTTP/S, REST/SOAP web services, and application architecture
.
Scripting knowledge and familiarity with
CI/CD tools
preferred.
Excellent
analytical and communication skills
with a proactive approach
