Sr Pega Developer

As an experienced and certified Pega CSA/CSSA professional, your role will involve designing, developing, and delivering scalable BPM solutions in alignment with business needs. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and configuring business process applications using Pega PRPC (preferably version 8.x). - Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. - Working on case management, decision rules, UI components, integrations, and reporting. - Ensuring adherence to Pega guardrails, coding standards, and best practices. - Performing unit testing, debugging, and production support activities. - Actively participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contributing to sprint deliverables. - Mentoring and guiding junior team members on technical aspects when required. In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience: - Mandatory Pega Certification: CSA (Certified System Architect) or CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect). - Minimum 8 years of hands-on Pega PRPC development experience. - Strong knowledge of flows, activities, agents, data pages, decisioning, integrations (SOAP/REST), and UI rules. - Experience in application deployment, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. - Good knowledge of databases (SQL/PLSQL) and integration with external systems. - Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.,
