SR. OPERATIONS ANALYSIS SPECIALIST

About the Role: You will be joining OSTTRA India as an Operations Analysis Specialist, specifically in the triResolve Client Services team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients utilizing the triResolve OTC derivative portfolio reconciliation service. Your responsibilities will involve providing support to clients and collaborating closely with global product, business, development, and sales teams. Responsibilities: - Onboarding: - Onboarding new clients/funds and existing clients to new functionality/workflows. - Customer Service: - Providing daily assistance to subscribers regarding service issues through email, phone, and in-person communication. - Trade Data Normalisation/Handling: - Reviewing reconciliation output, investigating and resolving differences, and ensuring structured and effective service delivery. - Self-Education: - Staying informed about current and upcoming market regulations and other significant changes. - Customer Success Management: - Partnering with the Customer Success team to address operational issues and maintain positive client relationships. - Productivity/Workflow Improvements: - Discussing internal requests for new functionalities, assisting in UAT testing, and contributing to the development process. Qualifications Required: - Skills: - Ability to interpret trade data - Customer relationship skills - Proficiency in text editors and advanced spreadsheet functions - Strong communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask - Good teamwork skills and quick learner - Knowledge & Experience: - Extensive experience with triResolve or similar background - Understanding of complex process flows and concepts - Knowledge of OTC Derivatives and trade processing lifecycle - Basic understanding of market and credit risk management in OTC Derivatives About OSTTRA: OSTTRA is an independent firm jointly owned by S&P Global and CME Group.
