Sr Officer - Accounts

The ideal candidate should demonstrate willingness to work and learn extensively. You will have leadership responsibilities alongside day-to-day accounting duties including invoicing, reconciliation, MIS reporting, and internal auditing. Additionally, you will be responsible for the preparation of Direct & Indirect Tax Data, finalization of accounts, and overseeing financial and accounting practices. Your role will involve ensuring the smooth running of the accounting department, combining leadership responsibilities with daily accounting tasks such as data input and reporting. As part of your responsibilities, you will be expected to investigate accounting irregularities, mistakes, or potential fraud. Producing regular financial reports such as budgets or cash flow forecasts will also be essential. You will have the opportunity to offer advice and suggestions to management aimed at improving accounting processes and enhancing the financial stability of the company. Ensuring compliance with legal accounting standards is paramount to this role. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with Tally and be proficient in MS Office. Qualifications required include a Graduate degree (Any specialization), Postgraduate degree, or CA (Inter). This is a full-time position that requires a Bachelor's degree as a minimum educational requirement. Preferred qualifications for this role include 2 years of experience with Tally and proficiency in MS Office. Fluency in English is preferred for effective communication. The work location for this position is in Vadodara, Vadodara - 390021, Gujarat. This is an in-person role that requires the candidate to work on-site.,
