Job description Only Electronic and Automobile inudustry candidates needed - Company: KHvatec India Pvt. Ltd. Location: Ecotech 6, Greater Noida Experience Required: 3 to 7 years Designation - Account Executive Key Responsibilities: Financial Accounting: Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations. Prepare financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Taxation & Compliance: Manage GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Ensure timely submission of tax returns and coordinate with auditors as required. SAP Operations: Use SAP software for recording, tracking, and reporting financial transactions. Resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth integration of data across systems. Excel Analysis: Create detailed financial reports using advanced Excel features (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.). Perform data analysis to support management decision-making. Accounts Payable/Receivable Management: Oversee invoicing, vendor payments, and client collections. Reconcile accounts payable/receivable balances regularly. Audits & Process Improvement: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation. Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend best practices. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA/CWA Inter is a plus) Proficiency in excel (Advanced Functions) and SAP (mandatory). Strong knowledge of GST, TDS and Other Indian taxation laws. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Attention to details and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
