Sr. Network Engineer

Support internal and customer delivery projects Become a SME on supported products and services Work closely with Project Management team to increase quality of project deliveries to clients. Provide training, knowledge transfer and ongoing support to TNS Global team Provide detailed documentation on all projects Experience : 8+ years of experience in a network environment supporting a global IP network, within Financial Services. Direct experience troubleshooting IP network issues supporting financial markets and applications Direct experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco, Juniper, and Arista routers and switches in a high bandwidth, and ultra-low latency production environment and developing multiple options to address complex problems Multiple protocol troubleshooting experience (MPSL, BGP,IS-IS, OSPF, EIGRP, HSRP, NAT) Experience with multiple hardware interfaces 1/10/25/40GBASE Ethernet IP multicast and FIX order routing troubleshooting experience 8+ years of experience supporting managed hosting / server environments Experience and familiarity with vendor case management and escalation process for Cisco, Arista, and Juniper Solid written and verbal skills with Ability to create and maintain technical design and support documentation Direct customer service experience required Flexibility around working hours in support of business requirements (may include bank holiday working etc) Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) CCNP or CCIE JNCIP or JNCIE
