As a Senior Android developer at our fast-growing, agile startup based in Bhubaneswar, you will play a crucial role in owning the complete implementation of team projects on the Android platform. Here is an overview of what you will be doing: **Role Overview:** - **Architect (20% of time):** - Lead in architecting how different pieces will work together including frontend, backend, and algorithms. - **Mobile Developer (70% of time):** - Code and collaborate with team members on coding tasks. - Manage junior tech team members. - Work closely with the hardware team member to design the mobile application part. - Proficiency in Android is a must, and knowledge of iOS is a plus. - Experience with OpenCV and Image Processing is highly desirable. - **Business Intelligence (5% of time):** - Make intelligent business decisions to enhance user engagement and revenue. - Utilize tools like analytics dashboard and lead brainstorming sessions with the team. - **Misc (5%):** - Engage in tasks such as occasional user interviews, up-skilling, research on new technologies, and business travel.
