Role Description: To Ensure best quality of workmanship in producing world class performing winding machines and functional testing of various machines manufactured in the organization.
First time right assemblies
Best Assembly practices
Accountability of parts drawn from stores
In process inspection and functional testing of assemblies
Usage of power tools in assembly areas + Tools.
Practice safety in the workplace
Identifying nonconformance parts and getting it resolved
ERP related documentation
Monitor and guide technicians in proper assembly methods
Co-ordinate with Logistics during dispatch of machine
Guiding the team in 5S, safety activites, improvement in Quality standards and continuous improvement concepts.
Functional testing of the machine
Educational Qualification Diploma in Mechanical /Mechatronics / ITI - Fitter with experience of around 5 -10 years in a similar field
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
