Sr. Mechanical Engineer / Technician

As a Service Engineer/Technician at our company, your role will involve installing, commissioning, and servicing machinery at customer locations. Your strong mechanical expertise and knowledge of automation and PLC-based systems will be crucial for ensuring proper functionality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Install and commission machinery at customer locations, ensuring proper calibration and functionality - Provide routine and emergency after-sales service, including troubleshooting and repairs - Support customers with technical guidance, training, and maintenance practices - Analyze faults, prepare service reports, and document findings - Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure seamless service delivery Qualifications Required: - Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field - Practical experience in mechanical machine installation and servicing - Working knowledge of automation systems and PLC programming (e.g. Siemens, Allen Bradley) - Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and circuit diagrams - Willingness to travel as required - Strong communication and problem-solving abilities The company provides accommodation and offers benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, and a performance bonus.
