Key Responsibilities:

To Manage production planning & Execution at Mould shop & to ensure the timely completion of production targets within the time.
To follow up with Prospective Ancillary & allied Equipment suppliers right from Specification selection ,RFQ & Preparation of Consolidated Data for Decision making & Review by the management.
Tracking daily production & consumption of raw material, coordinating with provisioners (Stores) for raw material procurement based on consumption.
To review & coordinate new Projects status with Tool Room and Engineering for new product development.
Production Planning, Capacity & Demand Planning Review- for optimized utilization of Resources
To process Optimization & Quality Improvement
Cycle Time Optimization -For Higher Productivity
To monitor, Review & Control Production activities In line with the Spurt in Demand
Alternate Strategies -for Moulding through Vendors (Need based)
Machine & Auxiliaries Maintenance-Preventive /Predictive & Condition based maintenance
Implementation of 5 S
Identification of HIRA, Aspect Impact & get review periodically.
To identify department Objectives & Management Programs
Training Need Identification
To Process Measurable and Functional Objectives Monitoring
Responsible for Quality, Productivity & safety in dedicated workplace & Machine.
