Sr. Manager Technical (AI/ML)

As a highly experienced and technically proficient Manager/Sr. Manager, you will be leading a team of AI/ML engineers to develop innovative solutions. Your expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Python programming, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) will be essential, along with hands-on experience in Scikit-learn and related tools. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models and solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and project goals. - Manage end-to-end ML lifecycle - data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring. - Ensure best practices in model versioning, reproducibility, and automation. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and data scientists. - Stay updated with the latest research and trends in AI/ML and recommend the adoption of relevant technologies. - Work closely with stakeholders to translate business problems into AI/ML solutions. - Drive technical documentation, code reviews, and adherence to coding standards. **Mandatory Skills:** - Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Machine Learning (ML) - Python programming - Cloud platforms: AWS and/or Azure - Scikit-learn and ML libraries - Strong problem-solving and algorithmic skills - Excellent communication and leadership abilities **Preferred Qualifications:** - Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field - Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) - Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices - Exposure to deploying models in production environments using Docker/Kubernetes This role requires someone with a solid technical background in AI/ML, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive innovation within the team.,
