Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager in Sales located in Indore. The Senior Manager, Sales will oversee the daily operations of the sales team, develop and execute business plans, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves analyzing market trends and data to inform strategic decision-making.

• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data, forecast outcomes, and make informed decisions
• Proven ability in Business Planning and Sales Operations management
• Exceptional Communication skills for team management and client engagement
• Demonstrated capacity to build and maintain effective Customer Service strategies
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Leadership and team management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree is an advantage
• Experience in sales within the related industry will be highly beneficial
