Job Description

Job Summary

The Sr Manager-IPA Delivery Mgmt will oversee the delivery of innovative data and analytics solutions using Azure technologies. With a focus on driving efficiency and effectiveness the role requires a strategic thinker who can manage complex projects and lead teams to achieve business objectives. The position is based in the office and operates during day shifts with no travel required.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of data and analytics projects ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Oversee project timelines budgets and resources to ensure successful completion of initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Azure-based solutions.
Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams to enhance delivery efficiency.
Monitor project progress and performance implementing corrective actions as needed.
Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in data and analytics.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery processes.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.
Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to enhance service offerings.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in data and analytics with a strong understanding of Azure technologies.
Demonstrate excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successful delivery.
Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Show proficiency in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field with advanced certifications preferred.
