Job Description

As a Problem Coordinator at Standard Chartered, you will play a crucial role in leading, facilitating, and following up on the investigation of problems through root cause analysis. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the investigation of problems and producing investigative reports - Acting as the Problem Coordinator in the Problem Management process - Recording, coordinating, and reporting Problems, Tasks, and Known Errors in the Source of Records (ServiceNow ITSM), including: - Problem Logging - Problem Investigation & diagnosis - Post Incident Review Evaluation - Impact details Evaluation - RCA stakeholders Identification - Steering RCA meetings - Drawing conclusions on root cause and RCA actions - Identifying and escalating risks - Conducting Repeat Incident Analysis - Participating in or leading Service Improvement Plans (SIPs) Your skills and experience in Problem Management Process, Known Error Database, Regulatory Guideline Entry, ServiceNow Tool, Incident & Change Management, Business Writing, Elocutions, and Technology Infrastructure (Operating Systems, Database, Network, Cloud) will be highly valuable in this role.
