Sr Manager FINANCE AND ACCOUNTS

As a Sr. Manager- Finance and Accounts, your role involves preparing and reviewing consolidated accounts by merging subsidiary accounts with elimination. You will be responsible for preparing and reporting monthly financials to foreign parents, as well as preparing annual reports/accounts with full notes on consolidation. Coordinating with Auditors (Big4) to get accounts audited, analyzing financial statements, and preparing relevant MIS for financial purposes are also key responsibilities. - ACCA/CA/Semi-CA certification is required for this role. - Experience in working with consolidated accounts and preparing notes on accounts is essential. - Knowledge of INDAS & IGAAP applications is necessary. In this position, you will also be involved in reviewing the general ledger/profit center accounting, internal finance control coordination across the organization, and ensuring compliance with internal financial controls. Please note that the company requires someone with strong experience in consolidated accounts working, notes on accounts preparations, and application knowledge of INDAS & IGAAP.,
