Sr Manager - Finance & Account

As a Manager / Sr Manager - F&A at Mumbai Corporate Office (Santacruz E) with 4+ years of experience post qualification as a Chartered Accountant, your key responsibilities will include: - Preparation of quarterly, half yearly and yearly Consolidated Annual Accounts of InvIT as per Ind AS and SEBI InvIT Guidelines. - Handling statutory auditor, internal auditors, IFC etc to provide data, resolve queries and ensuring timely completion of Audit. - Coordinating with PM to ensure the SPV standalone Financials are closed on time for InvIT Consolidation. - Reporting Related party transactions for Group and ensuring compliance as per InvIT Policy, SEBI IndAs guidelines. - Assisting in preparation of Quarterly Compliance certificate (Fiscal laws) for Board approval. - Assisting in preparation of Accounting Manual, RCM for IFC and developing SOPs of accounts & Finance Function. - Providing information to investors on Financials on monthly/quarterly basis and resolving their queries. - Providing financial information to Compliance Officer for various filings with ROC/MCA/SEBI/NSE/BSE. - Preparation of Board Presentation on Financials and Budget Comparison. - Preparation of Console Budgets of InvIT, assist in its review and its monthly / quarterly monitoring. - Assisting in preparation of Placement memorandum (MD&A, Combined Financials, RPT, Projections). - Assisting in preparation of annual Report of InvIT. - Handling any other adhoc MIS/Reporting/Compliance related work. Your role will involve close coordination with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.,
