Job Description

Sr. Manager / DGM (PHE & FF - Execution)

Qualification = BE (Mechanical)

Experience = 15 -20 Years

Location = Pune

Project Execution Experience = High-rise residential & Commercial

Compensation = Best in the Industry

Good exposure in planning and execution of Plumbing, Fire Fighting, STP, Water supply distribution, WTP etc
Strong in design co-ordination with MEP Consultants, review and cross-check before giving GFC & Shop Drawings to execution team
Strong co-ordination skills with internal Civil, HVAC & Electrical team for overall execution of MEP services
Co-ordination with external Consultants, Architects, Contractors, Suppliers for seamless operation and timely completion of the project
Develop project baseline while monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-run, workmanship, wastage management
Submission of inspection requests and RFIs to Consultants, inspection co-ordination to maintain workflow efficiency and compliance with project specifications
Value Engineering and cost control measures
Inputs to procurement & contract team for package finalisation Pumps, WTP, ETP, STP, Plumbing, Fire Fighting system etc
Define and implement work method statements, detailed technical sequencing with proper overlapping
Testing and commissioning of PHE and Fire Fighting system
