Job Description: As a Business Development Manager at Sify Digital Services Limited, your role is to manage, support, and supervise the business development of Cloud Services and Data Center Services. Your main priorities include: - Initiating marketing strategies and coordinating actions to influence the market. - Clarifying goals and reaching agreement while maintaining the interests of all parties. - Proactively providing inputs to the product management team on customer needs, emerging trends, and competition to improve products and services. - Discussing strategic and sensitive issues and understanding clients" needs. - Building and maintaining excellent relationships with colleagues and clients. - Covering the market for the Business Unit and all the accounts. - Adhering to defined sales processes and maintaining/growing the funnel as per organizational growth plans. - Participating in large deals involving total outsourcing and Disaster Recovery Solutions. - Working with business partners/alliances. - Ensuring revenue realization by directing timely execution of projects from all internal stakeholders. - Championing the customers" cause internally with various teams to ensure quality solutions, timely delivery, and top-class support.
