As a Cloud Services and Data Center Services Business Development Manager at Sify Digital Services Limited, your primary purpose is to manage, support, and supervise the business development of Cloud Services and Data Center Services. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new projects and project bids. Your main priorities will include initiating marketing strategies, coordinating actions to influence the market, clarifying goals, and reaching agreements while maintaining the interests of all parties involved. You will proactively contribute to improving products and services by providing valuable inputs to the product management team based on customer needs, emerging trends, and competition. Your ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues, understand clients" needs, and build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and clients will be crucial in this role. You will be expected to cover the market for the Business Unit, manage all accounts, adhere to defined sales processes, and maintain/grow the sales funnel as per organizational growth plans. Additionally, your responsibilities will include participating in large deals involving total outsourcing and Disaster Recovery Solutions, working with business partners/alliances, and ensuring revenue realization by directing the timely execution of projects from all internal stakeholders. You will also champion the customers" cause internally with various teams to ensure the delivery of quality solutions, timely delivery, and top-class support. The key skills required for this role include expertise in iaas, paas, and saas cloud sales. The ideal candidate should have 10-12 years of experience in a similar capacity and hold any degree (Any Graduate) as qualifications.
