Job Description

As an Analog/Mixed signal design lead with 16+ years of professional experience in the semiconductor industry, you will play a crucial role in the development of analog/mixed signal silicon IP. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing a team of analog/mixed signal silicon designers - Planning detailed circuit design schedules, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and prioritizing design tasks - Reviewing team members" performance and providing technical mentoring - Collaborating with project/IP director, cross-functional leads, system architects, SOC designers, and physical designers to ensure quality and timely deliverables - Contributing to the definition of analog circuit architecture for various AMS blocks - Working across different geographies and time zones to ensure successful cross-functional team engagement - Mitigating overall risk and ensuring quality of work within schedule - Taking designs to production successfully - Improving team productivity, efficiency, and quality of execution by defining AMS design flows and influencing development of AMS design workflows and methodology - Planning and managing analog/mixed circuit design/verification activities to meet performance, power, reliability, and timing requirements - Collaborating closely with layout design teams to deliver DRC rules compliant physical design GDSII - Developing AMS Block production/bench-level test plans for post-silicon characterization/validation To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications: - Masters degree in electrical engineering; PhD is preferred - Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead a team effectively - Analytical thinking, inventive, and quality-oriented mindset - Hands-on design experience in high-speed serial and/or parallel PHY/IO designs - Strong fundamentals and knowledge of mixed signal circuit architecture and design techniques - Experience in FinFET nodes with a solid understanding of transistor device performance - Proficiency in AMS EDA industry-standard tools and best-in-class design practices - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong initiative, ownership, and ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment,
