8 years of experience in a manufacturing plant

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, auditing, and internal controls.
Manage the company's financial strategy, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Monitor cash flow, investments, and risk management activities.
Work closely with the senior management team to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
Oversee cost control and cost optimization initiatives within the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing sector.
Strong knowledge of finance, banking operations, and accounting principles.
Excellent team leadership and people management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
