Sr Lead Digital Software Engineer - Front End

As a Senior Front-End Developer at Buckman, your role is crucial in designing, developing, and maintaining web interfaces that users interact with. Your responsibilities include: - UI/UX Design Implementation: - Convert design mockups and wireframes into high-quality code. - Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs. - Ensure that the UI is responsive and functions correctly across a range of devices and browsers. - Development and Coding: - Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle utilizing Agile Scrum methodology. - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code. - Use modern frameworks and libraries like React Native, Angular to build interactive web applications. - Optimize web pages for performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth interactions. - Code Review and Mentorship: - Conduct design and code reviews, providing detailed analysis and proposing improvements. - Review code written by junior developers, providing constructive feedback and guidance. - Mentor and support junior developers, helping them grow in their roles. - Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices across the team. Preferred Skills & Qualifications: - Experience: Minimum of 12 years in front-end development with proficiency in modern frameworks/libraries like React, Angular, etc. - Experience leading frontend development projects with technical management and delivery of products. - Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques. - Cloud: Experience with Azure Services like IoT Hub, Functions, Cosmos DB, etc. - Development: Proficiency in Dot Net Core, C# MVC, React JS, React Native. - Experience with Azure DevOps and Infrastructure. - Relational/Non-Relational Database experience. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Microsoft Certified Technical Architect (AZ 305) is mandatory. - Experience working on IOT Platforms and full stack SaaS development. - Deployment: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and deployment strategies.
