Sr Lead Architect

In this role within the Technology Division, you will play a key part in developing high-quality architecture solutions for various software applications and platform products, influencing product design, application functionality, and technical operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Represent a product family of technical governance bodies - Provide feedback and propose improvements to architecture governance practices - Guide evaluation of current technology and lead evaluation of new technologies using existing standards and frameworks - Regularly provide technical guidance and direction to support the business and its technical teams, contractors, and vendors - Develop secure and high-quality production code, review, and debug code written by others - Drive decisions that influence product design, application functionality, and technical operations and processes - Serve as a function-wide subject matter expert in one or more areas of focus - Contribute to the engineering community as an advocate of firmwide frameworks, tools, and practices of the Software Development Life Cycle - Influence peers and project decision-makers to consider the use and application of leading-edge technologies - Add to team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect **Qualifications Required:** - Formal training or certification on .Net concepts and 5+ years applied experience - Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability - Advanced in one or more programming language(s), applications, and architecture - Advanced knowledge of software architecture, applications, and technical processes with considerable in-depth knowledge in one or more technical disciplines (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.) - Ability to tackle design and functionality problems independently with little to no oversight If you have practical cloud native experience and the ability to evaluate current and emerging technologies to select or recommend the best solutions for the future state architecture, it would be considered as preferred qualifications for this role.
