Sr Lead Admin-GRC & Security

Role Overview: Join Birlasoft as a SAP GRC LEAD and play a crucial role in implementing, assessing risks, ensuring compliance, managing security, user access, providing training and support, conducting audits, maintaining documentation, and driving continuous improvement in SAP GRC capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP GRC solutions, including Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management. - Conduct risk assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within the organization's SAP environment. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards such as SOX, GDPR, and ISO. - Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect SAP systems from unauthorized access and data breaches. - Manage user access and permissions within the SAP environment to safeguard sensitive data and systems. - Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on SAP GRC solutions and best practices. - Perform regular audits and monitoring of the SAP environment to address compliance issues and security threats. - Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP GRC processes, configurations, and customizations. - Stay updated with the latest SAP GRC technologies and industry trends to enhance GRC capabilities. - Utilize proficiency in SAP GRC modules, SAP security, and authorization concepts. - Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to address risks and compliance issues effectively. - Communicate efficiently with stakeholders through strong verbal and written skills. - Lead SAP GRC implementation projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring. - Demonstrate familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards like SOX, GDPR, and ISO.
