Sr. Java Developer

As a Senior Java Developer, you will work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing new features of Java application servers based on Apache, Tomcat, Hibernate, MySQL, and other open-source Java components. Additionally, you must support Customers via screen sharing on a need basis, attend client meetings regularly, and be prepared to work in different time zones like Israel, USA, and India. You will also be responsible for supporting live deployments with detailed product knowledge, debugging expertise, and/or code changes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle - Design and implement new features of Java application servers based on Apache, Tomcat, Hibernate, MySQL, and other open-source Java components - Support Customers via screen sharing on a need basis - Attend client meetings regularly - Be prepared to work in different time zones like Israel, USA, and India - Support live deployments with detailed product knowledge, debugging expertise, and/or code changes **Qualifications Required:** - Core Java (Java 8 or above) with a deep understanding of OOP, multithreading, collections, and design patterns - Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data) - RESTful API development and integration experience - Database proficiency in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) - Familiarity with Microservices architecture and distributed systems - Hands-on experience with version control (Git), build tools (Maven/Gradle), and CI/CD pipelines - Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus - Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities **Additional Company Details (if available):** The company is looking for candidates with good written and verbal communication skills, who are good team players, take ownership, are self-motivated, and have a mission-oriented mindset with a desire to never stop learning.
