About BELAP: BELAP (Brilliance with Elegance Leadership Acceleration Program) is a not-for-profit leadership advancement initiative powered by ForesightedHR with SkinMinds as the title sponsor. Our goal is to elevate women professionals into visible, boardroom-ready leaders by empowering them with executive presence, strategic voice, and personal influence.


About the Role: We are inviting senior HR professionals, CHROs, DEI heads, and L&D leaders to serve as Sr. HR Advisor  in a pro-bono, high-visibility advisory capacity for BELAP’s national women’s leadership movement.This is not a commercial or full-time opportunity, but a cause-driven collaboration aligned with your professional purpose.


What You’ll Do: Offer light-touch mentorship (1:1 or group) or strategic input (approx. 2–3 hrs/month) - Join expert panels, guest masterclasses, or BELAP presence podcasts - Advocate for presence-inclusive leadership and authentic visibility.
What You’ll Gain: Featured visibility (with your permission) as BELAP Sr. HR Advisor . Certificate of recognition and opportunity to co-author thought pieces. Invitations to awards juries, roundtables, and exclusive leadership panels . Satisfaction of shaping India’s next generation of women leaders.
Ideal for : CHROs, L&D Heads, DEI Champions, Coaches in full-time roles.Passionate about breaking leadership biases and supporting inclusive ecosystems.Comfortable representing this in a personal capacity, aligned with CSR or thought leadership efforts.
