Role Overview: As a Hardware Board Design Engineer at Microsoft Silicon, Cloud Hardware, and Infrastructure Engineering (SCHIE), you will be part of the team responsible for designing and developing high-speed boards based on architecture specifications. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the hardware design meets all requirements, reviewing manufacturing processes, and conducting thorough testing and validation of hardware products. Additionally, you will be involved in root cause analysis, troubleshooting hardware defects, and implementing preventive measures.
