Sr. Graphics Designer

As a Creative Design Lead, you will be responsible for leading the conceptualization and execution of various creative design projects. Your duties will include developing branding elements, marketing collaterals, packaging, digital, and print materials. Additionally, you will supervise and guide junior designers to ensure design quality and consistency in all deliverables. Collaboration is a key aspect of this role as you will work closely with content creators, marketers, and project managers to align on campaign strategies. You will be required to present design concepts to clients and internal teams, providing strong visual rationale for your decisions. Timely delivery of creative assets across various formats such as web, social, and print is essential. In this position, you will also play a crucial role in maintaining and evolving brand guidelines across all creative touchpoints. Staying updated with the latest trends, tools, and industry best practices is necessary to ensure the work remains innovative and relevant. Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines will be part of your regular responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in a design role, preferably in an agency setting, is required. A strong portfolio that showcases branding, layout, digital design, and campaign work is essential. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, is a must, with knowledge of After Effects considered a plus. An excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design is expected. Strong leadership, communication skills, attention to detail, and effective time management are qualities that will contribute to your success in this role. This is a full-time position based in Kochi, Kerala. The benefits include leave encashment and paid time off.
