### **Job Summary:**

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging visual content for social media platforms, brand websites, and online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and Nykaa. You should have a strong eye for design, understand branding, and be capable of creating visually consistent and conversion-optimized creatives across multiple platforms.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

#### **Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.):**

* Design engaging graphics, posts, reels covers, stories, and ad creatives.

* Maintain visual consistency with brand identity across all platforms.

* Collaborate with marketing to create content calendars and campaign visuals.

* Create high-converting creatives for paid ad campaigns (static & motion-based).

* Stay updated with latest social trends and visual styles.

#### **Website:**

* Design banners, sliders, landing pages, and promotional graphics.

* Ensure mobile-optimized and fast-loading visuals.

* Create consistent iconography, product mockups, and web graphics.

* Collaborate with web developers to ensure accurate placement and resolution.

#### **Marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.):**

* Design A+ content, product listings, infographics, and product comparison charts.

* Develop creatives for Amazon storefronts, campaign banners, and coupons.

* Adhere to platform-specific guidelines and size restrictions.

* Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure effective communication.

### **Requirements:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.

* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma (bonus).

* Prior experience with D2C brands or marketplace design is a plus.

* Strong portfolio with social media and ecommerce creatives.

* Good understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and branding.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

* Knowledge of image optimization, resolution standards, and responsive design.

### **Preferred Skills:**

* Basic motion graphics or video editing (Premiere Pro/After Effects) is a plus.

* Knowledge of UI/UX or wireframing tools (Figma, Adobe XD) is an advantage.

* Experience in lifestyle or beauty/skincare industry design will be highly preferred.
