Sr. Graphic Designer

We are searching for a talented Creative Graphic Designer who possesses a strong visual storytelling ability, a modern design sense, and the skill to translate client briefs into impactful brand and marketing creatives. You will be tasked with striking a balance between creativity and practicality, ensuring that your designs not only look visually appealing but also align with the business and marketing objectives. Your responsibilities will include understanding and interpreting client briefs to develop creative concepts and mood boards. You will design graphics for branding, digital campaigns, social media, and print collaterals. Creating visual identities, layouts, and marketing materials that maintain brand consistency will also be a key aspect of your role. Collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, content, and web departments is essential, and you must be able to communicate your concepts clearly. Utilizing AI-powered design tools will be encouraged to enhance creativity and expedite workflows. Managing multiple projects concurrently and meeting deadlines will be crucial. Staying updated with the latest design trends, formats, and tools is also expected. To excel in this position, you should have a strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and be familiar with Figma for UI/UX collaboration. Proficiency in Canva for quick adaptations and templates is desirable. Exposure to AI design tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and DALLE would be a bonus. The ideal candidate will have at least 13 years of professional design experience in an agency or brand setting. A diverse and robust portfolio showcasing branding, social, and campaign creatives is essential. You should be a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail, typography, and layout. Good communication and presentation skills are necessary for effectively conveying your ideas. The ability to adapt design styles for various industries and clients is important. Being self-driven, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced creative environment are qualities we value.
