Sr. Full Stack Developer/ Team Lead (PHP)

As a Senior Team Leader - Full Stack Developer at our company, you will be leading and mentoring a team of developers to ensure best coding practices and efficient project execution. You will be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and secure web applications using PHP Laravel and related technologies. Additionally, you will collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-performance applications. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, ensuring best coding practices and efficient project execution. - Architect, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using PHP Laravel and related technologies. - Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-performance applications. - Design and optimize databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB) for scalability and efficiency. - Ensure seamless API integration using RESTful and Postman. - Conduct code reviews, debug complex issues, and ensure high performance across platforms. - Implement best DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment strategies (AWS, GitHub). - Stay updated with emerging technologies and implement innovative solutions for project improvement. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development. - Strong proficiency in PHP Laravel and experience with other back-end technologies. - Proficiency in database design and management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). - Experience with version control systems like Git/GitHub/GitLab. - Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. - Strong leadership, team management, and project planning capabilities. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
