Description
As a Full Stack Developer at Matellio, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using ReactJS (with Redux, Hooks, and modern state management libraries) and .NET Core. - Design and implement reusable, modular front-end components following ReactJS best practices, including component-driven architecture and separation of concerns. - Leverage advanced React concepts such as React Context API, Redux Toolkit, useReducer, and custom hooks to manage complex state effectively. - Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers to define, design, and deliver new features. - Build and maintain scalable APIs and backend services using .NET Core. - Ensure performance, security, scalability, and maintainability across the application stack. - Debug and resolve issues across front-end and back-end layers. - Participate in peer code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in fullstack development, especially within the React ecosystem. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of professional experience in fullstack web development using ReactJS and .NET Core. - Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. - Strong experience with relational databases and writing optimized SQL queries. - Hands-on experience with React libraries/tools including: - Redux, Redux Toolkit - React Router, React Context API - React Hooks (e.g., useState, useEffect, useMemo, useCallback) - MUI (Material-UI) DataGrid, MUI Treeview - Bootstrap, Bootstrap Icons - React-pro-sidebar, React-to-print - SheetJS, XLSX-JS - Familiarity with third-party libraries such as LDS, Formik, Yup, and React Hook Form. - Experience with version control systems, especially GitHub. - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, build tools, and deployment strategies. - Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
