As a part of a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS provider delivering AI-driven people-intelligence and workflow automation solutions for enterprise sales and operations teams, your role will involve architecting and delivering cloud-native, microservices-based applications that are crucial for mission-critical business workflows. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance Python microservices using AIOHTTP to ensure scalability, reliability, and observability of the back-end services. Additionally, you will build and optimize MSSQL schemas, stored procedures, and Liquibase migrations, while integrating Redis and Kafka for real-time data processing. Collaborating on React.js components and pages, integrating APIs, and managing state to deliver responsive, user-centric interfaces will also be a key aspect of your role. In terms of cloud and container operations, you will deploy, monitor, and manage services on AWS or Azure, leveraging Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration and CI/CD pipelines. It will be essential to author and maintain unit and integration tests using Jest and pytest, as well as participate in code reviews to maintain quality code practices. Collaboration with product management, QA, and DevOps teams to triage issues, plan sprints in Agile ceremonies, and continuously improve development workflows will also be a part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have at least 7 years of experience in full-stack development with a strong expertise in Python, including scripting and the AIOHTTP framework. Deep knowledge of MSSQL, experience with React.js, microservices architecture, Docker containers, Kubernetes orchestration, and deploying services in AWS or Azure are must-have qualifications. Being able to work US-shift hours, manage collaboration across time zones, and meet tight deadlines will also be crucial. Preferred qualifications include prior exposure to Redis and Kafka, background in building real-time analytics or messaging platforms, and experience in Agile environments with sprint planning and mentoring junior engineers. Your skills in Python, Liquibase, Docker, Agile methodologies, CI/CD practices, MSSQL, AWS, Redis, AIOHTTP, Azure, MUI (Material-UI), Kubernetes, DevOps, Kafka, Jest, and React.js will be essential for success in this role.,
