Sr. Frontend Developers

As a Senior Front-End Developer at our organization, you will play a crucial role in the development of cutting-edge web solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to create high-performance, scalable user interfaces that deliver seamless user experiences. By utilizing your expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and other modern web technologies, you will contribute to the innovation of our products with a strong focus on performance optimization and UI design. Your key responsibilities will include designing and implementing front-end architectures for scalable applications, developing new user-facing features using React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript, building reusable components and front-end libraries, and ensuring that UI/UX designs are technically feasible and optimized for maximum performance. Collaboration with back-end developers to integrate with REST APIs, performing unit tests using frameworks like Jest, Karma, or Mocha, debugging UI, and monitoring performance using tools like Splunk, Grafana, and Quantum Metrics will also be part of your role. Moreover, you will work with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes, while leading and mentoring team members on best practices for front-end development. Your mandatory technical skills should include expertise in HTML, CSS (modular CSS), JavaScript, TypeScript, advanced knowledge of React.js, Redux, Webpack, hands-on experience with REST API integration and debugging UI issues, familiarity with unit testing frameworks, proficiency in Git, CI/CD, and containerization using Docker, knowledge of UI design tools such as Figma, and experience in monitoring and performance tools like Splunk, Grafana. Desired skills for this role include proficiency in Kubernetes for container orchestration, experience with performance optimization and writing performant code. Soft skills such as excellent communication, interpersonal skills, strong team collaboration, leadership skills, and the ability to mentor team members and foster a collaborative work environment are also essential. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 8+ years of front-end development experience, proficiency in building highly responsive UIs and seamless product experiences, a strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns, experience in deploying solutions on Azure, GCP, or other cloud platforms, and familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.,
