Sr. Forward Deployed Engineer (Voice AI Agents)

Role Overview: As a Sr. Forward Deployed Engineer at our client's tech-enabled outsourcing platform, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch Voice AI Agents for customers. Working in AI-native teams, you will play a crucial role in configuring, fine-tuning, and architecting state-of-the-art AI Agents. Your role will involve collaborating with product, customer success, and engineering teams to ensure the success of AI Agents for customers. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with sales to engage clients, gather requirements, prototype demos, and design system architectures. - Become an expert in building voice AI solutions, particularly in LLM prompting tips and tricks. - Manage the full lifecycle of building agents, including customer collaboration, defining agent outcomes, configuration and prompt design, testing, deployment, monitoring, and iteration. - Develop full-stack integrations with enterprise tools using Python and JavaScript. - Travel to customer offices to expedite AI Agent deployments. - Serve as a technical liaison between customer needs and the company's platform. - Create reusable patterns, tools, or platform components based on field feedback. - Translate feedback into actionable product and go-to-market recommendations. - Develop runbooks, code templates, and conduct training sessions for customer-facing teams to ensure self-sufficiency post-handoff. Qualifications Required: - Possess an AI-native mindset and a strong demand-side thinking with product taste. - 2-4 years of experience in software development and AI applications with proficiency in at least one programming language. - Sound understanding of prompt engineering patterns. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences. - Comfortable working fullstack, self-starter, and team player. - T-shaped skill set to dive deep into subjects and collaborate across different departments. - Familiarity with relevant domains like AI Agents, RAGs, Python, and data security would be advantageous.,
