As a Sr Finance Associate (Indian Accounting) at our company, your role will involve handling various accounting tasks to ensure accurate financial records. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Accounting & Bookkeeping:** You will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks and maintaining precise transaction records. - **Financial Statements:** Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports. - **Reconciliation:** Resolve discrepancies and ensure the accuracy of financial records. - **Collaboration:** Work closely with teams to ensure regulatory compliance and accurate reporting. - **Financial Planning:** Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. - **Process Improvement:** Identify opportunities to enhance accounting workflows. **Qualifications Required:** - **CA Fresher or CA Intern** In addition to the above responsibilities, you will need the following skills and abilities: - **Accounting Expertise:** Proficiency in Indian accounting principles and tax regulations. - **AP/AR Experience:** Hands-on experience in managing AP/AR processes. - **Excel Skills:** Proficient in advanced Excel functions and financial modeling. - **Communication:** Strong written and verbal English communication skills. - **Shift Flexibility:** Willingness to work the 2 PM - 11 PM shift to support global teams. - **Analytical Skills:** Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights.
