Sr. Facility Manager

You will be responsible for managing various properties, societies, assets, and infrastructure under your supervision. Your primary goal will be to create and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth management, guidance, and hassle-free experiences for both the developer and the property/society members. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of buildings, ensuring maintenance, safety, and security. You will conduct regular inspections with your team to identify maintenance needs. Additionally, you will be required to prepare and present monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports on expenses and collections, as well as develop budgets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Managing the entire staff for all assigned properties/societies will be a crucial part of your role, which includes recruitment, training, management, and replacement. You will also be responsible for quality improvement, safety standards enforcement, compliance management, and handling inquiries and grievances from various stakeholders. Availability round-the-clock for urgent matters, policy development for building and fleet management, and adherence to statutory standards are other important aspects of the job. Proficiency in MS Office applications, strong communication skills, commitment to confidentiality and professionalism, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in building management are essential requirements for this role.
