Key Responsibilities:

• Take lead at Concept stage & provide Best Engineering options in coordination with Architects & Facade Consultant.
• Must have executed high rise (30+ floors)
• To design the systems for various elements like Glazing, Cladding, Doors and windows in close coordination with Facade consultant.
• Proposal provided by consultants are fine-tuned from value engineering perspective to get optimized aluminum consumptions.
• Coordinating and interacting with Architects & Consultants regarding the design submissions along with queries and clarify the same.
• To provide optimized Engineering solutions, keeping in view of Best Quality standards, Ease of Construction, within the budget cost norms, Timelines & availability of resources & adhering to statutory norms.
• Review of the concept design and the DBR submitted by the consultants and propose various facade elements inline with project requirements.
• Proposing Value Engineering options and getting approvals from the Architects and the Consultants to ensure design being done is within target budget.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Gender preferred: Male

Experience: Min 10 to 12 years of proven experience in a similar role
