Job Description

  • Achieve and exceed the assigned sales targets for genomics solutions, including Next Generation Sequencing (NGS), custom DNA/RNA sequencing, oligonucleotides, and gene synthesis services in the Chandigarh territory.
  • Promote and position Eurofins Genomics offerings such as NGS (Illumina NextSeq500, HiSeq2500, MiSeq, PacBio Sequel), custom oligos, siRNA, and other genomic services to life science companies, research institutions, and academia.
  • Develop and manage an efficient distribution and channel network to support sales in the assigned region.
  • Identify, develop, and implement creative and effective sales and marketing strategies to grow the business.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the life sciences and genomics field.
  • Regularly travel (up to 80% of the time) within the assigned territory to meet existing and potential clients, understand their research needs, and present tailored genomic solutions.
  • Actively engage in outbound communications (calls, emails, in-person meetings) to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Continuously collect market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback to share with internal teams for strategic planning.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report sales data periodically, along with forecasting to the Zonal Sales Head.
