Sr Executive - Relationship & Business Performance

As a Senior Executive - Relationship & Business Performance at Swiggy Instamart, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the consumer promise of unparalleled convenience by ensuring instant and delightful grocery delivery. Operating within the City Business Operations team, you will be responsible for recommending and advising best practices to improve customer experience (Cx). Your responsibilities will include recommending best practices for picking and packing processes to enhance Cx, advising partner stores on correct picking, packing, and billing of customer orders, guiding partners on the usage of tools and dashboards to prevent inaccuracies impacting Cx, assessing Pod quality on cleanliness and hygiene, and suggesting measures to improve operational efficiency for a better customer experience. Furthermore, you will advise partner stores on speed perception and order fulfillment, provide recommendations for continuous improvement in Cx metrics, suggest training aspects to enhance Cx metrics, and propose measures to address changes in demand patterns or spikes in order volumes during holidays or peak seasons to prevent any negative impact on customer experience. To qualify for this role, you should hold a graduate degree with 3-5 years of retail management experience, have experience leading teams of 15 or more employees in the retail or store environment, possess strong problem-solving skills and make data-driven decisions, demonstrate adaptability to dynamic situations, and have experience in the retail, FMCG, or quick commerce industry.
