SR. EXECUTIVE - MF DISTRIBUTOR RECRUITMENT

The primary role in this position is to ensure that all leads are approached or called on within the specified TAT to become Distributors or Individual Financial Advisors (IFA) for Mutual Fund business. You will be responsible for explaining Mutual Fund business opportunities and earnings to interested leads, as well as convincing them to join the business with NJ as an Advisor. Additionally, achieving monthly recruitment targets for advisors is a key aspect of this role. In the secondary role, you will be required to prepare MIS as per the instructions provided by your superior. This position requires 0 months of experience and the location is in Surat.
