Sr Executive Merchant Banking

Experience: 5 Years++

Specific areas of expertise may include:

• IPO and Equity Capital Markets: Expertise in the process of taking companies public and managing equity offerings.
• Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A): Experience in advising companies on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Private Equity: Knowledge of private equity investments and fundraising.
• Debt Capital Markets: Expertise in arranging and structuring debt financing for companies.
• Regulatory Compliance: Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance procedures.

Salary (CTC) : 8.00 Lac - 12.00 Lac P.A.++ Negotiable
