As an experienced HR professional, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily HR operations at Yanolja Cloud Solution Pvt. Ltd. Your role will involve managing end-to-end HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing and implementing HR policies and SOPs to maintain consistency and regulatory compliance. Your proficiency in HRIS systems, Google Workspace, and AI tools will be crucial in supporting recruitment efforts, conducting background checks, and preparing offer letters. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. - Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs to ensure consistency and regulatory compliance. - Collaborate with various departments to address employee relations issues and provide HR guidance. - Maintain and manage HRIS systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records. - Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing offer letters. - Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives. - Work closely with leadership to implement new HR initiatives effectively. Qualifications Required: - Masters degree in Human Resources or related field. - 4-7 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role. - Strong knowledge of HR policies, HRIS, and best practices. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Proficiency in Google Workspace and HRIS systems is a must. - Intermediate level AI proficiency is expected.
